I have little sympathy for this person. Some people are so weak today. My father worked 5 jobs at ONE TIME when I was little. NONE of them fulltime, but he worked his BUTT off to provide for his family. Pumping gas on weekends during the day. Selling cameras on Wed nights. Delivering pizzas and sandwiches from a little shop on Friday and Sat nights. Working a deadend job 3 days a week at one place and two days at another. While STILL taking a college class two nights a week. He was polite to those he worked for and to the customers he met. I am sorry for his VICTIMS!

Perhaps I have the real answers for that as it was happen to me, while he was worked there at the engineer job. Someone started to push him and insult him badly while he worked there. There he started to worked very uncomfortable with that situation and he could not complain to his or her supervisor or to next bosses due he is still on probation period. Super or his bosses are suppose to give probation trainnee some pointer on how to be better worker. But it seem to me that they have done nothing at all and the compqny decide to let him go for the final insult. So I would called the company a total failure to help this person. This is what I called "emotional depress" and it is widespread all over the area. The insurance say it is not recognize for persoal problems and yet each year more people getting killed because of that. Maybe it is time to wake up.
