you have got to be kidding me? They want to consider letting convicted sex offenders to be able to live close to the people that preay upon? This seems like a waste of time for the california supreme court to even be considering this. Anyone who breaks the law must live with the reprocussions so should people who have been convicted of felonies be able to not put that on their applications for jobs because that affects them and employers should no longer be able to finger print and look into previous convictions of potential empolyees because that violates their constitutional rights? Break the law live with the consequinces. Dont prey on children and this would have never been a problem for them.
