Can Marijuana Help Kids with Autism?

Hey if the can be prescribed Oxycontin and morphine if it's needed, why not weed? You ought to read the side effects of the medicines in your own medicine cabinet at home they don't even compare in terms of safety with weed.

I don't know if it helps with autism, but when I smoke it I am definately not wearing any underwear.

Here's the trick to marijuana....Keep many many different strains on hand.

Some nice sativa works well in the morning.

I'm a fan of AK47 or Strawberry Cough.

Maybe a nice blend in the middle of the afternoon. I'll usually mix a few bowls 50/50 with a sativa dominant and indica dominant. If I really feel like treating myself I'll whip out my hash jar and get a super clear headed buzz.

At night it's off to the dense dark indicas. I have a few unknown strains of choice, but I really want to get my hands on The Black. Read that it's a killer nighttime bud.

Oh yeah...and I'm autistic and have MS and anxiety and stuff :)

It helps depression big time. Happy about alot of stuff. It doesnt take alot of maryjane for it to work also. Good mood all day and night.

If it comforts & reduces any dysfunction for some of us that have illnesses then YES. *squid*

So, this connection seems very likely. I also know they help with anything from ADD and arthiritis to chemotherapy recistant cancer, so these substances are really like some sort of "snake oil" for mind, body and soul. It is obvious that it should be legal for all human use, as I have never heard of any practical lethal dose, as long as you don't try to inject the "s*** quot;. I hopy the Economoc Meltdown, makes alll drugs legal, even the heavy ones, for they have legal analogues already, so I hope more States than CA, see there money to make from taxing legal sales... I mean, they sell alcohol and Prozac, so why not cannabis, -and synthetic analogs?

Weed has many medical benifits without the side effects of other chemical manmade drugs. The government would legalize the use of marijuana if they could figure out how to control it and make that almighty dollar.

As for as working with autistic kids.... A well placed shock collar to zap them with negative reinforcement will
1. Teach them right from wrong (what Dustin and other dope smokers need)
2. The Autistic kids will quickly learn thier boundaries around the yard
3. It give me the opportunity to laugh at Dustin when he gets shocked

It does help with autism the thin it doent have to be smoked cook it in cookies , breads works well to calm down and concentrate untill our wonderful lawmakers that do worse like drunk, coke and any of the high class drugs will legalize pot. Years ago my doc told me smoke so you can eat and keep it down.

it's still illegal. to give it to a kid is a crime. the parents should be arrested and the kid taken away. you wouldn't give a kid jack daniels.

We poison our kids with prescription drugs like Ritalin, high fructose corn syrup, MSG, and high fat foods, why not give something NATURAL a try for a change?

We forget in this country we are supposed to have the freedom of choice! That woman is that childs mother and has a right as a parent to make any and all medical descisions for her child. People should mind their bussiness. I say weed will help and it should already be legal!!!!!!!
